Private Exercise Sessions

We highly recommend you complete at least two 1:1 private exercise sessions before progressing into group Pilates. During these sessions, you will have your therapist's undivided attention to ensure you learn the correct technique for each exercise.

  • You will learn about your body, how to manage any injuries or issues and how to incorporate healthy movement into your day.

    We utilise the small and large Pilates equipment, along with hands-on guidance, mobilisation and stretching.
